[OC Story] Over the Wooden Bridge

"Lillith!! Take good pictures of us, okay?"

I shouted at her, so that she can hear me over the deafening winds. It's quite windy out here, I think. While hers moved all over the place, mine wasn't as heavy-handed.

Down there, she's holding my camera and Yekaterina is standing beside me.

We were on... yet another beach trip. This time, it's on an island, far away from the mainland. And as always, Katya planned all of this and I overslept again, so we missed the first batch aka the 6am schedule. Well, there's not much to talk about or take videos to and from the beach because I'm afraid the camera would drown! But, the tour guide seems prepared, because he brought his own camera gear.

"Parker, do you like this island yourself?" Katya asked me.

"I mean... It took us quite a bit to get here, hehe..." I answered.

"Our clothes got wet and all..."

"It's part of the fun~! When are you gonna be stuck in an island again, Parker?"

"It's my first time too, so next time we'll be more prepared. Oh, don't worry about the car, I know what to do after, so don't worry about it, okay?"

"Alright...."

I wasn't planning to, but when I think about it again, our wet clothes would probably do something to her car seats...

Before we arrived here, the boat we took went against the waves, and long story short our clothes got wet after that... I had to change for new clothes but there was no changing room for me to use, so I used the same one and waited for it to dry. She did the same as well.

Lillith was a different case. She came here with Raphael and Inaba, and we didn't even know she was here in the first place! All she told us were "I took the first batch of the trip" like that's gonna give us a clue! At least they're also here to join us back home. I don't even know how they drove here, even. She wouldn't tell me or Yekaterina herself. So that's a mystery.

It's been a while since I last saw them, too. Last time I remembered Raphael working as a waitress on the coffee shop I frequent... What was the name again...? I don't remember anymore. As for Inaba, he's Lillith's boyfriend, though I rarely saw him in class or at school, so just like Lillith, but rather that she's stuck in class a lot more.

"PARKER!!! KATYA!!! DO A POSE!" She shouted back at me.

Both of us were thinking hard of a pose in such short amount of time, and I eventually settled on just holding her head with my hands. She probably didn't like that, but instead of moving away, she's just holding the bridge's support beams with her two hands. My eyes were closed, so I can't see her face from here.

I was in between Raphael and Katya, and Inaba was somewhere else, not wanting a photo of him. But he told Lillith that he did want to appear on the pictures just not in the spotlight so that's what he ended up doing...

Lillith was struggling to give us directions, too.

"IS THAT THE POSE?! OKAY THEN!!"

"MOVE RIGHT A BIT, GUYS!" Then, we moved. I assumed that we're off the center from the camera.

"PARKER! GET CLOSE TO HER!"

"OKAY!—THREE! TWO! ONE!"
